| After over five years in our office in the Wesley Foundation building near downtown Iowa City, we have moved the IPP's primary research and communications office to Old Brick, an Iowa City landmark flanked by the University of Iowa campus on three sides. |
This move represents the growth of IPP's efforts and presence in the public policy discussions in our state, particularly on state policy concerning fiscal, environmental and economic policy issues. Begun in 2001 with a staff of one full-time employee and a part-time executive director, IPP now has a research staff of five, with an outreach/communications staff of two and an administrative staff of two. We are excited about the growing visibility and impact of the Iowa Policy Project and look forward to serving all citizens of the state of Iowa from our new location.
